As Tier I Canada Research Chair, I have founded (in 2009) and Direct the Young Lives Research Laboratory as a virtual and actual home of youth-centred program of research that is intergenerational, international and intercultural.  Our teams of scholars, youth and communities work across countries to study and amplify the overarching new social, ecological and technical challenges faced by young people and their various communities (human, more-than-human and territories). We investigate with them the impacts and effective practices for living well on a digital and warming planet. We work with youth to re-imagine education for such a time and to amplify their solutions among global, national and local youth-serving entities.
