Arinola is a trained teacher who believes in continuous lifelong learning, and the power of education to support adaptability, curiosity, innovation, and civic collaboration. Arinola is committed to enhancing design thinking and inclusive environments where everyone can succeed. My research currently examines how learning transforms individuals and societies and simultaneously, exploring how education policy and learning environments should be designed and structured to ensure learning is transformative.
